Will I own the website?
Absolutely. The website and its files are yours, even if they are hosted on our servers. If you decide to use a different hosting provider, we can assist in transferring your files.
Does every project take 7 days?
Our goal is to launch in 7 days. That works when we receive your assets (logo, words, photos), and timely feedback during the review steps. Delays in approvals or missing content can push the timeline.
Can you set up email for my business?
Yes — we can help connect or set up email (like [email protected]) by configuring the necessary settings. If you already have email with another provider, we’ll make the switch smooth.
Is my website secure and backed up?
Yes. We enable the basic safety features (like the little lock in the browser) and regular backups so your site and data are protected. We’ll explain what we do in plain language.
I want to sell things, can you build an online store?
Currently, we do not support online storefronts in our 7-day model. We can however assist in building an online storefront for you, but it would require a more extensive timeline.
Will the site work on phones and tablets?
Yes. We build sites that look and work nicely on phones, tablets, and desktops so customers can use them from any device.
How many changes are included for the site design?
We include review points in our 7-day process to make small edits and refinements. If you want major redesigns later, we’ll provide a simple quote so you know what to expect.
